1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the kf333 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. • You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from kf333 or any affiliated platform.

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one kf333 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where kf333 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — kf333 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or bonuses, and permanently suspend the player's ability to register on the platform.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. 3 Account Verification and KYC

kf333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its commitment to safe, secure, and responsible gaming. All players may be required to complete identity verification at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when kf333 identifies unusual account activity.

Acceptable documents for identity verification may include, but are not limited to:

• Birth registration certificate (for age verification purposes)

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

Deposits

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process. kf333 does not charge any platform-side fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements. Players must have completed all applicable KYC verification steps before a withdrawal request can be approved. Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method and the player's verification status.

Currency and Exchange

Refused and Reversed Transactions

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

kf333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes — are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that particular offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real funds.
• The standard wagering requirement on kf333 bonuses is stated on each promotion page. Players must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the kf333 platform — whether on casino games, live casino tables, sports markets, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules governing that game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Casino Games: All slot, table, and live casino games on kf333 use certified random number generators or verified live dealing processes. Game outcomes are determined at the moment a round is completed and cannot be altered retroactively.

kf333's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

13 Account Closure and Termination

Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Termination by kf333

kf333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed in bad faith

Where an account is terminated by kf333 for a proven breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance — including real-money funds — may be forfeited. kf333 will provide written notice of termination to the player's registered email address stating the grounds for closure.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fairness and the internal policies of kf333 as a platform operated for the Bangladesh market.

In the event of a dispute between a player and kf333, the following process applies:
